The Entheos Advantages Program gives cooperative members quarterly credits based on qualifying activity. Members review quarter history, use credits during an active redemption window, and Entheos staff manage balances, catalog items, Database Manager records, and export workflows from the Admin area.
Window-based redemption
Submit and revise selections until the window closes; remaining credits default to the incentive hearing aid model on file.
Staff operations
Admins manage member records, adjust credits with reasons, control eligibility, and export final CSVs for fulfillment.
